Acquisition Expands Enghouse’s Contact Center Solutions Portfolio

MARKHAM, ONTARIO and WEST JORDAN, UTAH–(Marketwired – Nov. 4, 2013) – Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX:ESL) announced today that it has acquired Information Access Technology, Inc. (IAT).

Headquartered in West Jordan (Salt Lake City), Utah, IAT is a dynamic company specializing in innovative communication technology which enables companies to design, execute and measure customer communication campaigns for a variety of marketing, customer care and payment processing markets. IAT solutions are installed in hundreds of sites and include premise and hosted products and services for both outbound dialing and broadcast messaging.
