Simple Framework

We have developed a directory integration framework that supports components for accessing a variety of data sources and enables organizations to quickly and easily consolidate, manage and share their corporate contact data. A variety of interfaces are available for administering and presenting the data, using either a standard LDAP interface or other defined custom methods. The framework also has the ability to provide user access to corporate contact data through IP phones, intranet and mobile devices. There is also provision for integrating this data with other systems that rely on accurate contact information such as call loggers, operator consoles and IVRs.

Bespoke Reporting

We can also provide sophisticated, customized reports that may incorporate a number of different platforms. To ensure that you receive a report that matches your needs, we investigate the underlying data and processes, presentation requirements, how and to whom the report should be published, and if notification of its availability is required. Our capabilities also include the design of custom solutions to store, warehouse and aggregate report data in order to support current and future report requirements. Examples include a framework to support dynamic IPT asset collection, with reporting for asset cross charging and IPT resource availability/allocation for the Cisco platform, and real-time statistics such as wallboard integration, supervisor functionality and alarm threshold event notification.

Third Party Integration

Our Advanced Services team have been designing innovative, original solutions for over 30 years including integrating unrelated systems and using 3rd party APIs to deliver a variety of benefits to our clients.
