(Please reference the student and course date in the memo of your check.)  

Cancellation Policy: If, for any reason, the student is unable to attend the training session, Enghouse reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:  

0-7 days in advance of delivery date = 100% fee* 8-15 days in advance of delivery date = 75% fee* 16-30 days in advance of delivery date = 50% fee* 31+ days days in advance of delivery date = No Charge  

 *This fee will be charged immediately upon cancellation and services will be considered rendered at that point. Also, any change fees related to travel expenses will be charged back tot he customer. If you are able to replace the student with another person from your company no cancellation fee will be assessed.
