READING, UNITED KINGDOM–(Marketwire – June 3, 2012) – Enghouse Interactive (TSX:ENGH), a leading provider of multi-channel contact centres, will be joining forces with IT systems integrator and solutions provider, Intertec Systems to exhibit at Middle East Call Centre (“MECC”) ’12. MECC is the main annual conference and exhibition for the call centre industry in the Middle East region.

In collaboration with Invita, the largest hosted contact centre in GCC, Bahrain, Intertec and Enghouse Interactive will be showcasing their unique multi-tenant cloud-based contact centre solution, operator attendant consoles for VIP service, their call recording and quality monitoring, and BPO solutions on stand C16, Hall 7.
