    To close the first day on a relaxed and summery note, we will host a special BBQ on the hotel terrace after the certification session—an informal moment to enjoy the summer evening, connect with peers, and continue the conversations in a more relaxed setting.

    Vision 20XX continues with a full day of inspiring keynotes, expert insights, and valuable networking opportunities with peers and industry leaders.

The event will once again take place this year on June 24 and 25, bringing together industry experts, partners, and professionals from the contact center ecosystem.

As a key new addition, June 24 will feature an exclusive free certification session for all attendees:

AI Readiness & EU AI Act Essentials for Contact Centers, a 4-hour, hands-on certification-style workshop.

In this session, participants will learn how to build AI that feels helpful, safe, and human. Prof. Dr. Kerstin Prechel translates the EU AI Act into clear, practical steps for real-world application. Attendees will gain a solid grounding in EU AI Act essentials—including scope, roles, risk tiers, documentation, and transparency—and turn regulation into action by learning how to select compliant use cases, implement effective human oversight, and set up lightweight monitoring frameworks that deliver real impact in customer experience.

To close the first day, all attendees are invited to a networking barbecue on the terrace of the Hotel Classic Harmonie, offering a relaxed setting to connect and exchange ideas.

On June 25, the event continues with a full agenda of expert sessions and inspirational talks, featuring speakers from Enghouse Interactive, our technology partners, and industry leaders, sharing insights, best practices, and forward-looking perspectives.
