As a key new addition, June 24 will feature an exclusive free certification session for all attendees:
AI Readiness & EU AI Act Essentials for Contact Centers, a 4-hour, hands-on certification-style workshop.
In this session, participants will learn how to build AI that feels helpful, safe, and human. Prof. Dr. Kerstin Prechel translates the EU AI Act into clear, practical steps for real-world application. Attendees will gain a solid grounding in EU AI Act essentials—including scope, roles, risk tiers, documentation, and transparency—and turn regulation into action by learning how to select compliant use cases, implement effective human oversight, and set up lightweight monitoring frameworks that deliver real impact in customer experience.
To close the first day, all attendees are invited to a networking barbecue on the terrace of the Hotel Classic Harmonie, offering a relaxed setting to connect and exchange ideas.
